After the birth of her first child, Laura noticed profound changes in her health that pushed her to seek answers beyond conventional medicine. Embracing functional medicine, she explored root causes, digging deep to heal her body, mind, and soul.

Now, as a Functional Health Coach, Laura empowers others with motivational interviewing and strength-based approaches, recognizing the uniqueness of each healing journey. Her passion is guiding others toward their path to wellness, and she is eager to support you on your journey.
