This 60-minute Core Essentials Yoga class is your chance to experience a transformative practice that strengthens your core, enhances balance, and improves overall well-being. Through carefully selected postures and movements, Christine will guide you in a practice that’s empowering, accessible, and tailored for all fitness levels.

Meet Your Instructor: Christine Polak

Christine combines her experience as a Child & Youth Worker and Reiki Master with her passion for yoga. Since beginning her yoga journey in 2011, Christine has found yoga to be a source of inner strength and emotional balance, especially during life’s challenges.

After completing her Pranalife 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, Christine has been dedicated to helping others experience the transformative power of yoga. Her classes are warm, inviting, and filled with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.

When she’s not teaching, Christine is an avid traveler, coffee enthusiast, and proud mom. Join her for a class that blends physical practice with an enriching inner journey!
