May Women's Circle – We Are All Daughters

Exploring Our Roots, Identity & the Many Forms of Motherhood

Mother’s Day is a time of reflection—whether or not we have children of our own, we are all daughters. In this special Women’s Circle, we will gently explore our own experiences as daughters and how they have shaped our relationship with motherhood, care, and self-nurturing.

Why Attend?

Deepen Your Self-Understanding – Reflect on your identity as a daughter and how it influences your relationships
• Experience the Power of Shared Stories – Connect with other women in a safe, supportive space.
• Find Healing & Strength – Release what no longer serves you and embrace new perspectives on motherhood and self-care.

When Mother’s Day Brings Complex Emotions

For many, Mother’s Day is not just a celebration—it’s a mix of emotions. Whether you have a strong bond with your mother, a complicated history, or have experienced loss, this circle offers a space to honour your feelings with love and support.

You are not alone in your journey. This gathering will help you reflect, connect, and step forward with greater clarity and compassion.

What to Expect in This Circle

  • Guided Reflection & Discussion – Explore what it means to be a daughter and how this identity shapes your life.

  • A Sacred & Supportive Space – Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Every voice is welcome.

  • Community & Connection – Experience the deep nourishment that comes from gathering with other women.

No prior experience needed—come as you are, exactly as you are.
