All class registration sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after purchasing, please contact us at community@fmuptown.com to transfer your registration to a friend who can attend in your place.

Entrance: Please proceed directly downstairs upon entering the clinic to avoid congestion at the entrance and reception area.
Footwear: Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the community space. Please remove all footwear at the bottom of the stairs and use the provided shoe rack for storage. Indoor slip-on sandals are available if needed.
Washrooms: Washrooms are conveniently located on the lower level, adjacent to the community space.

Parking options vary depending on the date and time of your class. Please refer to the details below:
Monday to Friday: Partial access to the FMU parking lot + street parking or Uptown city lot parking only.
Wednesday and Thursday evenings: Pierce Family Vision parking spots are available after 7 pm. All other parking spots are open for use after 6 pm.
Weekends: Full access to the FMU parking lot.

Mother’s Day is a time of reflection, whether or not we have children of our own—because we are all daughters. In this karma class, we’ll explore how our identity as daughters shapes our understanding of motherhood, self-nurturing, and the relationships that have influenced our journey.
