MODULE 1: Nutrition & The Functional Foundations Food Plan

We begin with the Functional Foundations Food Plan, a balanced and complete plan that focuses on nutrient dense foods while identifying foods that have been shown to stimulate inflammation, damage tissue and trigger ongoing progress of disease.  This plan will have you feeling nourished, satiated and confident in Food As Medicine.  We will discuss the WHY of this plan and how food impacts our wellbeing at an epigenetic level.

MODULE 2 : Hydration & The New Biology of Water
MODULE 3 : Joyful Movement

Hydration at a cellular level is a prerequisite to good health. We discuss why this is so important and HOW to make sure your cells are well hydrated. We also talk about movement and the multifaceted health implications of incorporating joyful movement into your regular routine.

MODULE 4 : EMF Energy Hygiene
MODULE 5 : Toxicity & Health

In week 3 we take a deep dive into toxic load – where it comes from, how toxins effect our bodies and how to mitigate our exposure in daily life. We look at the effects of EMFs on health and address our daily environments to reduce and resolve areas of unnecessary toxic burden.

Module 6 : Stress Physiology
Module 7 : Sleep Hygiene

Stress and sleep are intimately connected. Our stress response also affects all other facets of our physiology from digestion to immunity to cellular repair. We look at how to take control of the perceived stress in our body and go over tips and tools to maximize our sleep hygeine.

MODULE 8 : Mind Body Connection

The mind and body are intimately connected. The thoughts and unconscious programming of your mind has the ability to shift your body’s physiology and manifest as chronic health issues. We’ll take a look at mindset and introduce tools to create lasting change in this arena. We’ll also take a look at emotional health and how this relates to the body as a whole.

MOVING FORWARD

This program is designed to instill lasting, long-term lifestyle changes to empower your journey to optimal health.  After each module we include targeted actions steps to help put your knowledge into action.  These action steps are the most direct and simple path to building healthy habits, without the overwhelm.   You will also receive bi-monthly email with bonus resources to keep you motivated and accountable.
