Dr. Jen Forristal is a Naturopathic Doctor and school wellness specialist.  

She is regularly seen in the media as a wellness expert and works both in private practice and in hospital settings providing family medicine for her community.

Dr. Jen has worked extensively with schools and organizations and is the founder of the Umbrella Project, a school based curriculum empowering students and teachers to choose wellbeing, even on the rainy days.
