Are you ready to build strength, stability, and confidence from the ground up? The Core Essentials Yoga class is your chance to do just that. Over eight weeks, you'll engage in a series of postures and movements specifically designed to strengthen your core, improve balance, and enhance your overall well-being.

I started yoga with Christine in the fall of 2015. I absolutely love her classes. She mixes things up every week. The stretching and strength training are excellent, and as a result, I feel stronger and healthier. She is always explaining the details of the move to make sure you’re doing it properly and to push you a little more.

Class Benefits

Start from exactly where you are at right now. Be amazed at how quickly regular practice builds strength and stamina while falling in love with how your body moves when given the opportunity. There is no better time to commit to strengthening your core and improving your balance to further develop your stability, confidence, and well-being.

These classes are designed for all ages, stages, and ability levels. No yoga experience is required—all you need is your mat, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to have fun. Modifications will be provided throughout the class to ensure everyone can fully engage and benefit from the practice.

Meet Your Instructor: Christine Polak

Christine brings a wealth of experience to her practice, blending her background as a Child & Youth Worker and Reiki Master with her passion for yoga.

Christine's journey into yoga began in 2011, seeking physical improvement. What she discovered was transformative - a practice that offered far more than just physical benefits. Yoga became her source of inner strength, improved focus, and emotional equilibrium during life's challenges.

Inspired by her own growth, Christine completed her Pranalife 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014. Since then, she's been dedicated to sharing the life-changing benefits of yoga with others. Her classes are infused with warmth, expertise, and a deep understanding of how yoga can enhance every aspect of life.

When not on the mat, Christine is an avid traveller, a connoisseur of great coffee, and a proud mother of two incredible young men. Join her in class and experience the perfect blend of physical practice and inner journey.
